Description

Slightly hazy redbrown color, with a medium creamy lasting head. Aroma is sweet and roasted malts, very hoppy and a bit fruity even, some acidic hints. Taste is sweet and bitter of the hops. Dry hopbitter finish, a bit sharp and a light alcohol burn. Again a very nice brew by SNAB.

Cloudy orange copper color, with beautiful thick creamy remaining head. Fruity and spicy aroma. Bit fruity and malty taste, some sour amber i call it, quite hoppy. Palate is a bit dry, but lasting. Again, i am surprised by this brew from the S.N.A.B.!

A nose, influenced by the yeast, no doubt: fruity, even more so in the taste, where the roasted malts are obvious. Some hoptones. better than average bock. Brewed by the Proefbrouwerij in Hijfte, Belgium - SNAB are hiring brewers.

In order to convey a ''Christmassy'' aroma to this beer, SNAB saw fit to reach into the pot of cloves. This beer tastes as if you''re at the dentist, inserting you an eugenol temporary filling. Ouch!

Bottled. Chesntut brown. Big huge grapefruity cascade hop aroma. Rather sweet and really full bodied, but dominated by intense hoppiness. A very american style barley wine with a lingering hop bitter finish.
