Brouwerij Slaapmutske owns 1 brewery:
Description
Dany De Smet, a brewery engineer, and his wife Dany De Smet, a brewery engineer, started brewing beer "in the kitchen" in very small quantities (about 50 liters per brew). In 1999 the couple decided to start a beerfirm so in 2000 Slaapmutske was founded. In order to meet the ever-increasing demand, we decide to work together with the Proefbrouwerij in Lochristi to brew the beer there under license.

This beer pours a dark brownish-amber color with a medium fluffy beige head that diminishes slowly. Sticky patches of lacing. Aroma of malt and fruits. Medium, smooth body with flavors of toasted malt, fruity esters, sweet spices and caramel. The finish is malty with a ripe fruit aftertaste. Decent overall.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of malt, straw, dust, and a bit of citrus. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, straw, dusty hops, and some fruit, leading to a dry fruity finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

33 cL bottle at the bar. Pours hazy dark orange with a huge white head. Aroma is fruity and caramel malty. Caramelish, vague citric and yeasty fruity. Lingering fruity and yeasty into a lasting caramel malty finish. Not really sweet, towards slight bitter and dry. Classic Belgian blonde ale.
