Bottle at rassia tasting. Gusher! Deep red with pinkish head. Cherries first and foremost, slightly earthy, hints of marzipan, pencil sharpener. Subtle tartness.

Bottle at Rassia tasting. Clear golden with brief head. Green grapes, apple, dry with some minerality and apple skin. Slight tartness in the end. Nice!

Vintage 2023. straw yellow clear, very small white head. smells strong apple notes, tannins, light minerals. nice to very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes apples, bubbly, earthy, minerals, very subtle sweetness. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, minerals and some tannins. nice stuff, well made

0,75l bottle at Nicos place. Deep red color, small pink head. smells grassy, earthy, rhubarb, berry, beets. Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, cherry, grassy, quince, earthy, light beet notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of quince, cherries and beetroot notes. Very good one
