2024 blend II. Dark red body, with a medium, pink head. Aroma with lots of smooth cherries, red wine. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonaton. Finishes quite dry, vinous, a bit funky, with cherry, some leather, slight herbal notes. Tasty stuff, all about the beautiful, smooth cherries. Didn't get too much of the tarragon. Elegant and balanced. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 16

Arôme sur un bouquet fruité - raisin assez doux avec des allures laissant penser à un vin. Elément plus doux avec la poire/coing.
Palais est marqué par une profondeur fruitée de raisin - douceur du coing - poire tout en ayant ce caractère de cidre avec un côté acerbe qui accompagne le volet sucrosité laissé par le coing. Belle pétillance avec des tonalités terreuses - silex voire minérale. Note de mirabelle - prune jaune, agrumes et fruits verts. Retour frais du coing en fin de bouche.

0,75l bottle at home. Deep Red color, small pink head. Smells Parfums, Tannins, spices, Marzipan, sour cherries. Lovely smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes Marzipan, spices, sour cherries, bit herbal, earthy, grassy. Finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of sour cherries, spices and Marzipan. Very nice one, super smooth

Bottle. Hazy pinkish-red color with white head. Aroma is currant and elderflower. Taste is strong elderflower, dash of quince, juicy and flowery. A bit tart too. Sparkling carbonation. Good one!

Very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, tannins, Marzipan, earthy, spices, quince. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of cherries notes, tannins and Marzipan. Very nice one , very lovely beer
