Bottle at rassia tasting. Gusher! Deep red with pinkish head. Cherries first and foremost, slightly earthy, hints of marzipan, pencil sharpener. Subtle tartness.

Bottle at Rassia tasting. Clear golden with brief head. Green grapes, apple, dry with some minerality and apple skin. Slight tartness in the end. Nice!

Vintage 2023. straw yellow clear, very small white head. smells strong apple notes, tannins, light minerals. nice to very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes apples, bubbly, earthy, minerals, very subtle sweetness. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of apples, minerals and some tannins. nice stuff, well made

Nice to very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes berry notes, cherry, grassy, quince, earthy, light beet notes. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of quince, cherries and beetroot notes. Very good one

Taster From bottle at home. Purple color, small pink head. smells wine, berry notes, tannins, very nice smell. full body, bubbly carbonation. tastes Red wine, tannins, subtle berry notes, juicy. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of red wine, tannins and berry notes. Very nice one, very wine forward, at first a tad bubbly, heavy. But also really good

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy pink head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely, lots and lots of cherries, very earthy, sourish, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, very acidic, lots and lots of cherries, very nice, lovely acidity, super juicy, lots and lots of cherries, very intense, lovely! Aftertaste: so much cherries, a bit earthy, bitter touch, some tannins, very sour, very fruity, lovely beer! Not getting that tarragon, but maybe that’s all the better.

Bottle at tasting. Dark ruby red color with pinkish head.Floral aroma with roses, cherries, red wine, wood, funk, marzipan. Taste is almost the same. Moderate dry finish. Nice, moderate sour, fruity beer.
