Sour, fruity, a bit tart. Stone fruit, woody, funky, earthy, a bit herbal, complex and smooth, very nice.

Stingy, tart and sourish with some funky and complex farmyardy yeastiness, earthiness, hints of citrus and oakiness. Quite complex and tasty.

Shortlived white head over clear, metallic golden still beer. Wild yeasts, farmyard odours, yellow grapes, muscat grapes. Noble rot, Sauternes, lactic acid and mild Brettanomyces. Light body, acidthinning and light -burn; quite (wheat)slick. Very likeable, a rather strong tour-de-force from Mathieu!

Dry crisp apple fruity, apple skin, medium body, crisp apple finish. Nice and dry.

Tastes stone fruits, plums, grassy, flowery, earthy, citric. Finishes lightly dry and light to medium sour with notes of stone fruits, citric and grassy notes.
