A hazed milky yellow quad ipa with a very thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, alcohol warmth, dank notes, very nice. On tap at De la Gappe location.

Can: Poured a yellow color gose with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some lime and light tangerine notes. Taste is also a mix of tart notes of lime with some tangerine notes. Body is average with good carbonation. Nothing earth shattering but drinks very well.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy dark reddish color smoothie sour with a medium size foamy head with some retention and some lacing. Aroma of strawberry and pineapple mixed with chocolate and vanilla notes. Taste is also a mix of strawberries and pineapples with some chocolate and vanilla notes with a semi-sweet finish. Body is full with good carbonation. Good mix of fruits and sweets.

Can: Poured a clear bright yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones hops notes and a semi-dry finale. Taste is also a good mix of citrusy hoppy notes with some juicy floral hops undertones with a semi-dry finish. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Enjoyable West Coast/NEIPA hybrid with just enough hops juicyness.

Hazy, golden colour with a white head, decent stay and nice foamy-soapy lacing. Aromas are a nice blend of citrus, tropical-stone fruits and a touch of white wine grapes. The mouthfeel is silky, juicy, kind of creamy, with a nice slow-building, drying finish. All of the fruitiness continues in the taste with citrus zest in the end. A good juicy NEPA with a nice balance of fruity notes, citrus zests and a tad winey.

A deep dark barleywine with a very thin mocha head. In aroma, sweet chocolate malt with dark fruits, vinous character, alcohol warmth, very nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity chocolate malt with dark fruits, licorice, alcohol warmth, light bourbon barrel, very nice.

Hazy, golden colour with a frothy-bubbly white head, average retention and a ring of foam around the brew. Orange juice aromas with lemon zest, some peach notes and a touch of grassiness. Farm-funk eventually comes out. The mouthfeel is smooth, lightly creamy with just a tad of dryness, that builds very slowly. The taste shows a lot of fruitiness, from the citrus, tropical-stone fruits with that hints of grassy bitterness. A refreshing, juicy-fruity Double NEIPA that goes down smoothly, yet had some bite to it.

Panda thanks to Cloin. Hazy orange gold beer, small pale cream colour head. Smooth palate, modest fine carbonation. Smooth malts, a little grainy, a mild cereal taste carrying through well after the swallow. Soft pine into slightly overripe stone fruits. Mild melon on the light finish. Not terrible but not something I would want a can of.
