Slightly unfiltered, but not really hazy, golden-amber colour with an off-white head, average retention and some soapy-bubbles create a small ring. Fruity nose, but the peach is quite mild, with the grassy hops notes which shine a little more. Gets hazy as it pours. The papaya shows a bit more in the taste, but still, with the dryness of the hops, and decent bitterness - not as fruity as expected. Goes down nicer.

Notes of grains, fresh bread with a light DMS. Subtle herbaceous hops. Golden color, clear, with volcanic effervescence, the liquid is covered with a thick, well-formed and persistent foam. On the palate, it is rather malty with a very discreet fruitiness. Notes of lemon, wild berries but in absolute discretion. The main emphasis is on malty notes of grain. Bitterness is soft and herbaceous. The body is quite ample, the carbonation medium and the finish well attenuated. Rather malted and cereal oriented this Kolsch, with a fruity and a rather discreet bitterness. Copper-brown colour, clean, with a warm beige-yellow head, frothy, good stay and leaving some foamy lacing. Big cacao nib aromas at first with big coffee nose that come out with time and take over. The flavours have the base porter with roasted barley and the coffee grains flow above it. Decent hops in the finish that creates a nice bitterness with the mocha notes. Nicely brewed between all of the characters.

Pours a clean, very light peach colour with a fizzy head that disappears quickly. Freshly crushed apples, mild with no sweetness. Fruity taste, but again, not really sweet - or at least not sweetened. A fairly dry cider with hints of hibiscus, and the Saison yeast that lingers a little afterward. Beautiful tiny bubble carbonation found in sparkling wines. A very drinkable cider, that you could have a few of.

Can that pours a slight hazy, bright yellow colour with a frothy white cap, decent stay, leaving some thick creamy-foamy lacing. Ginger is definitely coming through in the nose with the witbier yeast and some alcohol bite. The ginger is still what comes out on top in the flavours, with hints of pineapple and what happens in the finish is the alcoholic bite with the hop bitterness. Fairly dry as well, as it lingers. An interesting strong, fruity, hoppy beer.

Pours a hazy bright yellow colour with a frothy, kind of creamy, white head that stays quite a while for a sour, leaving some foamy patches on the glass. Passion fruit aromas with papaya hints and the rest of tropical fruits. Light sourness and citrus notes. The taste shows a little more puckering, sourness. The fruit is not overpowering and a grainy-yeast tart feel lingers. Not a bad fruity American Sour.

Slightly hazed, light golden-yellow colour with a full, almost creamy, white cap, decent retention leaving a small foamy coat on top, very light lacing. Citrus aromas of fruitiness and sourness, with mild salt notes. The flavours have have more of the sourness with the light blending of the salts. The citrus is hard to see it is grapefruit, as opposed to lemon. Hints of tropical fruits maybe, but still - this is a really nice Gose with more alcohol.

Part of their Winter Collection 6-pack. Oh boy, a rich nose ! Some roasted malts, but with the vanilla and chocolate notes. Dark brown colour with copper highlights, a fluffy frothy light mocha-coloured head good stay and foamy patches. The mouthfeel is where you feel the lager difference. Fairly thin. The taste is not too sweet with the roasted barley blending with well with the vanilla notes. The oatmeal is quite soft in here. Pretty light in the mouth showing 4% ABV. with this version. Nice to try.

Winter Collection 6-pack with a can that pours a rich golden clean colour, a big frothy-creamy warm head, great retention and lots of thick creamy lacing. Citrus zest aromas with some pineapple blending some sweetness. The West Coast style comes out more in the taste with the bitterness. Citrus peel, good dryness. Juicy mouthfeel at the start of the sip, but bitterness keeps on building. Very slight haziness at last pour. Well brewed.

Winter Collection 6-pack with a can that pours a hazy light-golden colour with a huge frothy white head, good retention and loads of fluffy, foamy lacing. Aromas of honey, malt and some spicy yeast. Wet mouthfeel with a just a tad of dryness in the finish. Citrus, juicy and mild as a Pale Ale should be with the Kveik touch. Pretty nice all-around !
