Bottle at home. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a thick, foamy white head. The nose is soft, fruity, fragrant, orange, tangerine, sherbet, doughy, cracker and coriander. The taste is crisp, smooth bitterness, doughy, orange rind, lemon, herbal, grass, sherbet and a touch of alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Fruity and rather easy going. Not bad.

Bottle shared at Craig’s. Pours rich, clear blood-red with a foamy pink head. The nose has old wood, dried cherries, a bit of wood. Pretty sweet, with jammy berries, raspberry, light tart cherries, faint wood. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Jammy berry finish with a bit of balancing pit bitterness, very slight tannins. Mild acidity. Quite nice.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Beer Market Jaffa. Thanks Shmupi. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma of coriander, orange and some hops, somewhat stale. Sweetish and slightly souirish flavor of coriander, oranges and a bitter finish. Medium-bodied. Like a somewhat hoppy Witbier.
