Pours rather unclear blonde . Smell is funky, brett , oak . Slightly sour . Taste is dry , wood , sharp , sour-forward, with a funky back up . Rather high ( and sharp ) yet still good carbonation . Dry , funky ending with wood aspects lingering around as well . Certainly a nice geuze , just nit sure why the price needs to be so high . Price/quality , I’d prefer the sour fruit .

Bottle at home. It pours lightly hazy pale gold with a thick, foamy white head. The nose is soft, fruity, fragrant, orange, tangerine, sherbet, doughy, cracker and coriander. The taste is crisp, smooth bitterness, doughy, orange rind, lemon, herbal, grass, sherbet and a touch of alcohol with a dry finish. Medium body and average carbonation. Fruity and rather easy going. Not bad.

Bottle shared at Craig’s. Pours rich, clear blood-red with a foamy pink head. The nose has old wood, dried cherries, a bit of wood. Pretty sweet, with jammy berries, raspberry, light tart cherries, faint wood. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Jammy berry finish with a bit of balancing pit bitterness, very slight tannins. Mild acidity. Quite nice.
