Bottle @ home. Unclear red-amber color, huge foamy bubbly off-white to beige head that lasts for a short while. Smell and taste malts, caramel, wood, lightly hints of liquor, a distant hint of raisins, some alcohol and a light to moderately bitter finish. Medium body and carbonation. Quite useful.

On tap at De Natte, Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands, Saturday 23rd September 2017. Pours reddy brown with an off white head. Slight bitterness detected, served a little too cold perhaps. A bit watery, some caramel not getting much else, a bit drab. A6 A4 T6 P3 Ov11 3.0

Bottle @ home shared with Joes. Hazy yellow golden color, full sized rough and bubbly white head. Aroma is malts, hops, a bit floral. Taste malts, hops, a bit grassy, then citrus, light citrus hop bitter. Body is average to decent, carbonation is medium to firm. Hmm not a big fan. Drinkable for sure and no flaws, but just a bit average.

sample at north sea beer fest. Creamy and smooth milky pale beer with a big fine creamy persistent head. This is very doughy, wheaty, flour and white bread. Almost wort, but backed by a serious foreign hop whack which makes it drinkable. Very smooth, full thick body, which is surprising for the style. Taste sticky backed by decent bitterness. Aftertaste is muddy, floury, very crude. It’s a young brew tastes like right out the fermentation tank. But it’s a bit weird.
