On tap at Optimism, pours a clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of fruity esters, bubblegum and light citrus. Flavour is lightly tart, with fruity esters, some bubblegum and saison yeast. Not as estery as many other North American saisons, but it's certainly not authentic. Meh.

On tap at Optimism, pours a clear amber with a small white head. Aroma brings out floral hops, light juiciness and toasted biscuity malt. Flavour is on the bitter side, with floral hops and crisp biscuity malt. Dry and fairly aggressively bitter on the finish. Solid.

On tap at Optimism, pours a clear yellowy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of juicy citrus notes and light tropical fruits. Flavour is very juicy and lightly bitter, with citrus hops, tropical fruitiness, especially melon and crisp biscuity malt. Juicy and crisp, with high drinkability. Very good.

On tap at Optimism, pours a cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of melon, some bubblegum, and a touch of tropical fruity hops. Flavour has loads of tropical fruits, melon, and resinous hops. Light citrus and moderate bitterness on the finish. Very nice stuff.

On tap at Optimism, pours a clear amber orange with a small beige head. Aroma brings out toasted caramel, toffee and bready malt. Flavour is gentle, with toasted bready malt and a touch of toffee. Dry and crisp, with a good balance. Solid.

Bit hazy, amber-brown. Sweet caramel, fig and toffee. Similar palate but with more golden syrup stickiness, veering ever so slightly into date country. Excellent, really hitting their pocket of English-inspired American beers.

Black, thin head, chocolate, toffee, nice burnt sugars here, bitter chocolate, lots of hop, burnt malts, char, but never ashy. Just a nice amount of sweetness.

Pretty much black. Medium head. Choc nose, and the palate is roasty, light chococlate, and nutty elements.
