Can. Mellow malty aroma, cereals, maybe a touch of cardboard, a bit of honey. Deep gold with a fine, low head. Color halfway between regular Yebisu and the Orange Premium can. Malty, rich, cereal flavor. Too sweet, really, yet with some tangy fruit and a bit of citrus hop. Rich and smooth. OK, but boring and needs more hop flavor as usual. Has a decently bitter finish, though. The regular Yebisu is better, I think. Why do they bother with these half-assed gimmicks that are just a bit different than the normal one? Too expensive at \290. Sapporo, try to make a really different beer just once!

Clearish golden coloured body with a thin white head and a bunch of bubbles in the body. Aroma of malt, light caramel and caster sugar. Light-bodied; Very mild malty flavour with a lot of sweetness and almost nothing else - super mild! Nice finish with no bitterness, no metal flavours and just a sweet finish that goes down really easily! Overall, a surprisingly decent beer, with only sweetness leftover from the taste. Worth trying if you are here in Japan - not a bad option at all. I sampled this 33 cL can purchased from a small grocery store in Akasaka, Tokyo, Japan on 04-August-2010.
