Can: Poured a clear amber color ale with a nice slightly off-white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of resinous hops notes with light piney undertones is OK. Taste is a mix of dry malt with some resinous and piney hops with light bitterness. Body is about average with good carbonation. Old school IPA but easily drinkable.

Pours a clean light amber colour with caramel highlights. Fizzy beige head thats dissipates quickly with just a ring around the collar. Ginger spiced nose with a caramel base and some rye notes. Flavours of ginger with some darker malts. A nice spicy finish with the hops. Not too strong on the ginger like some, so easier to have. You can see this is the real thing, as mentioned in cubes.

A hazed blonde Weisse with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light pineapple and lemony notes, light Epsom salts, OK. In mouth, sweet watery weiss with light pineapple, light lactic notes, OK. On tap at Arrow and Loon.

A golden DIPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet fruity malt with light grassy hops, light citrus pulp, OK. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with fruity jam, light floral hops, treacle, alcohol warmth, pleasant. On tap at Ottawa winter brewfest 2017.

Keg at Ottawa Winter Brewfest. Disclaimer: This event used plastic cups, which may have prevented my ability to fully appreciate this beer. Hazy deep golden, rich head. Buttery floral nose. Mid sweet with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Fruity and buttery, some dough and hay. Mid bitter finish.

A hazed dark reddish amber ale with a thin off white head. In aroma, like a slice of apple pie, loads of cinnamon, ginger, biscuit malt with grassy hops, nice. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity biscuit malt with nutty notes, loads of cinnamon, ginger, herbs, alcohol warmth, nice and surprising. Can at brewery.
