Bottle @ Hof Van Commerce, Stavele. Clear golden colour, white foam. Bit dull and not much taste. Not bad but an average tripel.

Jan. ’16. A 0.33 l bottle from Mali Ducan, Split. It poured only a bit hazy yellow body with a big head. Coriander, light lemon and grass aroma. Flavor was only lightly sweet, pleasantly fruity towards the end, especially lemon, apple and almonds. Spicy, with lots of coriander, also a bit sour. Medium bodied with moderately long, fruity and fine finish. Quite a fine Belgian ale, not stellar, but almost in the direction I like them.

Flaska från Saveur Bieré. Smak och doft av humle, malt, karamell, grön banan, belgisk jäst, ljus torkad frukt, honung med toner av gröna äpplen, örter och trä. Rund och len, torr, fruktig, lagom sötma, fin beska, fin balans, gott!

(Bottle, Delirium Café, Brussels, 18 Oct 2015) Golden yellow colour with dense off-white head. Malty, fruity nose with peaches, pineapple, bready malt and grassy hops. Malty, fruity taste with notes of tropical fruit, bread, marzipan, peaches and a balanced spicy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a certain sweetness. Tasty and well balanced. Quite nice.
