Cask at Pigs Ear 2016. Pours clear orange-gold with a fluffy, white head. The nose holds peach, mango, nectarine. Light sweet flavour with basic biscuity pale malts, citrusy essence, melon, mango, light bitterness. Light bodied with fine carbonation. Moderateely sweet to finish with more pithy citrus, pale biscuits, dry mango. Enjoyable.

Cask gravity at the pigs ear beer fest 2016. A golden orange coloured pour with a a loose white head. Aroma is vanilla, sweet mango and peach, loose grains. Flavour is composed of of bready g aims, vanilla, grain husks, mango flesh, orange rind. Palate is semi sweet, slightly grainy, good cask condition. Like it.

Bottle. Appearance - golden with a decent head. Nose - meadow flowers and custard. Taste - creamy lemon. Palate - light bodied with a creamy texture and a long dry finish. Overall - great for the low ABV.

Cask at Prince of Wales, Farnborough. 22/11/16. A hint of citrus in the fuggy aroma. Medium gold, with a white head a few mm thick. Medium bitter, with a sweet finish. Hops and herbs. Not n your face. Pleasant soft mouthfeel which continues through to the finish.

Cask at CBC, Clerkenwell on 23rd November 2016. Deep copper with disappearing off-white foam and no lacing. Zesty orange peel, chocolate and caramel aroma. Luscious chocolate and orange peel in-mouth. Fruity finish with orange peel, Cointreau and bitter chocolate. Smooth mouthfeel and a fair amount of body. Rated as a novelty ale.

Cask at craft beer Co Clerkenwell, for the tap takeover. A mahogany brown coloured pour with reddy hues and a beige loose head. Aroma is woody roasted coffee, choc, powdered chocolate, faint vanilla sweetness, faint orange on the nose. Flavour is composed of semi sweet malts, brown malts, bitter dark chocolate, woody earthy roasted coffee, not huge on the flavour. Palate is semi sweet, little watery, good cask condition. Pretty good. Lingering dry chocolate and bitter dark chocolate.

Cask at craft beer Co Clerkenwell, for the tap takeover. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a a lasting white frorhy head. Aroma is nice juicy mango and orange tropical fruits, sticky tropical fruit salad, simple malts and a little lychee. Flavour is composed of semi sweet Base malts with sticky fruit salad, mango, peach and a little tangy pineapple. Good stuff. Palate is medium light bodied, sticky hop resin, highish cask condition. Overall pretty sessionable. Really good balance.

Aroma is woody roasted malts, molasses, tangy fired fruits, hints of powdered choc. Flavour is composed of woody roast, chocolate malts, boozy fruit cake, little harsh solvent notes and dried fruits, raisin. Palate is semi sweet and sticky, Decent cask condition. Pretty good.
