Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.
We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Cask at Craft Clerko. It pours darkest brown with a bubbly beige head. The aroma is rich roasted malt, loads of coffee, coffee cake, chocolate, brownies and vanilla fudge. The taste is bitter, rich roasted malts, plenty of coffee, ashy, dark chocolate, charred wood, fruit cake, earth, pepper and a touch of vanilla. Medium body and soft carbonation. Decent stuff.

Cask at Cask Pub & Kitchen, London.
Golden, clear body, with a medium, creamy, lacing, off-white head.
Aroma of passion fruit, citrus, pineapple, flowers, some grass, biscuit.
Taste follows this, with some more pine needles.
Medium, oily mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation.
Finishes smooth, moderate bitter, fruity, citric, a bit grassy.
Very nice. Smooth, fresh and very fruity, with subtle, lovely pine needles in the taste. Not outstanding, but a really enjoyable, sessionable IPA.

Clear golden ale with a white head. Bitter, zesty aroma. Taste is grassy citrus, creamy mouthfeel. Very dry, bitter aftertaste. A touch watery in the finish but it holds up very well compared to other beers of similar strength.

Craft 100. Clapham. Cask. Clear gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light with reasonable fine carbonation. Light dry and sweetish malts, some milky sweetness. Sweet mango and mango pulp. Skewed floralness. Light semi dry finish. It’s a bit awkward but not terrible.

Cask at Craft 100, 06/10/16. Golden orange with a decent off white head. Nose is mango pulp, bread dough, light perfume, toasted grains, straw. Taste comprises mellow tropical fruit esters, papaya, mango, tangerine, bread dough. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close. Ok but lacks a little depth and a touch to floral/perfumed for me.

Cask at Craft 100 - Autumn 2016. Pours clear gold with a frothy, white head. The nose has a good dose of mango, pale bread. Medium sweet flavour with lots of gummy, lightly artificial-tasting mango, some peach, more pale bread, light bitter pine needles. Light to medium bodied with fine carboantion. Finishes with more mango gummies, crusty pale bread, peach, melon. Not bad.

Cask at Craft 100. It pours clear amber with a thick white head. The aroma is bitter - sweet, soft, mellow tropical fruits, apricot, peach, candied peel, tinned fruits and white sugar. The taste is dry, bitter - sweet, pine, resin, sweet tinned fruit, tinned mango, sugary, resin, some alcohol and straw with a drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. A bit drying perhaps. The fruit comes across a bit artificial. Not bad.
