Description
Redemption is one of the pioneering founders of London’s craft beer movement and was the first brewery in Tottenham, North London in almost 100 years. We started back in 2010 and are still brewing the kind of beers you'll love drinking with your mates at the pub today.

We are 100% independently owned and brew beers brimming with flavour and complexity, the kind of pint you'll find yourself returning to time and time again. Your new favourite.

Navigation Tavern Spring Beer Festival 2016. Blonde with a creamy head. Inoffensive ale that tastes better than its alcohol content may suggest. Hoppy in the main, with a floralness and hints of fruit.

Cask at Craft 100, 24/03/16. Clear golden blonde with a decent off white cap. Nose is juicy passion fruit, mango, floral notes, tangerine. Taste comprises mango, toasted bread, big passion fruit smack, vanilla, grain. Medium bodied, soft carbonation, semi drying close with a buttery popcorn linger. Average for style ... the buttery notes in the close take away from the passion fruit and let this one down for me.

Handpull pint at the Maypole, Cambridge. Mid- to dark gold, very nearly clear. It’s got a milky ring of white head and loads of uneven foamy lacing. Light, almost nondeScript, lemony bouquet with some sea salt. Taste is sweet with fruity hard citrus tartness. Some salt mixes into the sweet/sour finish. Nicely carbonated for a cask ale. Reasonable. Wouldn’t have another.

Half-pint, fresh from cask at The Beehive in Tottenham, watching the near-by match between Tottenham and Manchester United on big screen TV. A decent white head covering a misty golden body. Solid lacework. Peachy aroma. Hay, lemon and peachy flavours with a short-lived bitter support to the ending. Natural soft carbonation. Refreshing and easy to drink (London 10.04.2016).

Craft 100 at Craft Clapham. Keg. Clear gold beer, small bubbly white head. Palate is light, semi dry and has biting fine carbonation. Passion fruit on the nose, but it seems a little artificial. Taste follows the nose adding light, citric peel and fruit gums. Light dry finish. Odd but not unpleasant.

Shared bottle at RB/HD on board Fridtjofen 05.04.16. Very dark brown. Dark beige head and lacing. Aroma of black malt, liquorice and a cottage dry toilet. Taste of black malt, liquorice and thin coffee. Perhaps a bit waterish mouthfeel.

Shared bottle at RB/HD at Cardinal 05.04.16. Hazy dark orange. Off-white head. Wonderful aroma of fresh British hops, forest and malt. Perhaps also some orange marmalade and American hops. Similar taste. Very quaffable - I could drink pint and pint of thus!
