5$ bottle from Peluso that pours a fairly clear light gold with a musty yoghurt and lactic acid aroma. Light bodied with a zesty carbonation and bright soda bread malt character. Tangy lemon, yoghurt and wheat, it is a fun low ABV beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

On tap at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. It’s an unclear, dark golden colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. Caramel-malty nose with some wort and bread, and some piney, citrusy hops. It’s medium bodied, soft and nicely carbonated, with a decent bitterness. Citrusy, lightly grassy hops on a backdrop of bready, caramel-ish malts. Soft bitter finish with citrus notes and too much malt flavors, just like in the aroma and the initial flavor. Else it’s a fine and flawless brew. 150611

On tap at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. An unclear, dark golden to amber colored beer topped by a small, off-white head. Citrusy, piney aroma with a wort-like, bready maltyness. Citrus, pine cones and a nice bitterness dominates the flavor, but there’s too much bready, caramel-ish malts in the back. Lacks a bit on bitterness too I think. Full body and a smooth and nice carbonation. Bitter, piney finish with a malty backdrop. Too much on the malty side this one, and I wouldn’t mind more bitterness either. 150611

On tap at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. It’s an unclear, amber colored beer topped by a small offwhite head leaving some lacing. Biscuity malts, hay, grass, pinecones and a generic fruityness in the aroma. It’s fullbodied, smooth and nicely carbonated, with a little malty, bready touch in the back of the flavor. Hay, grass and pine cones too, with a subtle bitterness. Long malty and lightly fruity finish. A bit malty this one but nice indeed. Especially love the mouthfeel. 150611

Bottle, 75cl, at Mondial de la bière Montréal 2015. It’s a hazy, pale golden beer with a creamy off-white head. Some lacing. Fruity, lemony aroma with some oranges, lightly funky and with a touch of malts. It’s tart and full bodied, with a nice carbonation level. Orange, lemon, generic fruits and some yellow plums in the flavor, with a subtle bitterness and a pleasant funkyness. Lasting citrusy finish with some yellow plums and leathery funk. A delicious and refreshing beer I could easily have a few of. 150611
