100 ml sample. Hazy golden, big creamy head. Orchard fruit, sweet citrus, spicy peppery notes, which clash with the bitterness. Hints of alcohol.

Bottle: Poured a hazy dark blonde color ale with a giant pure white foamy head with excellent retention and great lacing. Aroma of rustic malt notes with light dry floral ester and herbal notes is just about perfect. Taste is a super well balanced mxi of rustic notes with light peppery notes, some herbal undertones and dry light hoppy finish with long sharp aftertaste. Body is full enough for style with excellent carbonation and no apartment alcohol. This is truly a great saison from a remarkable brewer.

A good-looking beer, a slightly orange and dark yellow, a head is very big and blond. Aroma has fruitness of perries, lemon, some flowers, hint of dry earthyness. Taste is quite dry, some grain, fruitness, spicyness and earthyness, also some bitterness. Medium bodied, fresh as a good saison have to be. Good and balanced beer, also complex.
