Eple & humle, Gladmaten dag 2. Fra 0,473 boks: brunsvart med fint skum. Nydelig kaffearoma og -smak i en lekkert balansert maltbase. Mørke 70%-sjokolader. Ganske mild bitterhet med fin kaffesyre i avslutningen. Slank, elegant og lettdrikkelig.

473ml can bought at Vinmonopolet Langnes. A deep, dark brown body under a firm fawn-coloured head, spotty lacing. Inviting aromas of nutty chocolate, medium roasted. Malt-forward flavours of caramel-chocolate, oatmeal, and earth. Roasted, mid-sweet, malty ending notes. Drinks very well. Enjoyed at home on a Friday eve (04.04.2025).

Hazy dark orange, with a large off white head. Aroma is is very woody, and very vinous. The brett is giving off huge tropical fruit. Lots of mango, melon and a lot of stone fruit. The fruit mingles well with the copious amounts of Belgian, yeasty esters, crackery, pale malts. Super complex ale, with a very soft carb and and a full mouth feel. The finish is very vinous, woody notes of barrel, white wine, and tropical fruit from the brett. Funky, and tart finish, truly a beer/wine hybrid. Nice stuff.

The brett imparts a strong tropical Aroma, loads of mango and papaya with some solid pineapple. Hints of funk, lots of earthy barrel and really nice vinous white wine, and acidic notes. Incredibly complex, great mouth feel, soft carb finish is lightly bitter, earthy barrel all the way to the end, hints of white wine, very acidic with some strong funk and more tropical fruit. Great stuff!

Nice Brett notes, slightly lactic, some wet hay but the cherry comes across like Jolly ranchers. A touch too sweet in the end, and lacks some sour kick. Mouth feel is a touch too big, and the carb is very very soft. Not bad, but not one of their better efforts.

Hazy, Cloudy yellow pour, with a large, rocky white head. Aroma has lots of lemon, hints of yeast, candied citrus peel, slight tartness, grass, and green hoppy notes. Effervescent mouthfeel and carb, pleasant and not over powering. Finish has a subtle tartness, low to medium bitterness, more lemon and grassy finish. Pretty juice stuff. Subtle but yet still complex.
