0.75 l bottle from 'Hoptimaal', bottled in May 2022. Hazy, golden orange with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, quite yeasty, gently fruity-floral aroma of honey, clove, peach, orange and a touch of banana. Gently sweet, malty, moderately bitter, quite yeasty and gently fruity-floral taste of of honey, clove, grains, peach, orange and light banana, followed by a medium long, quite bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium to full body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Refreshing Tripel, fairly hoppy-bitter and dry. Nice!

Slightly sweetish, gently fruity-floral, moderately grassy and a bit yeasty-spicy aroma of lemon peel, pineapple, peach, some fresh grass, light banana and a touch of clove. Gently sweet, moderately bitter, quite fruity-floral, slightly grassy and a bit yeasty-spicy taste of grains, lemon peel, peach, some fresh grass, a touch of banana and hints of clove, followed by a short, gently bitter, slightly dry finish. Medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, average to lively carbonation. Nice hop-forward Blond.

Oranje bruin bier met mooie schuimkraag die lang blijft staan. Smaak is bitter hoppig en licht kruidig met iets van graan, rogge, en wat houttonen. Persoonlijk vind ik dit bier erg goed.

Bottle, 6.8%. Nicely nutty aroma. Dark brown colour, seems hazy. Stable off-white head. The flavour is caramelly but not sweet. Very nutty and very malty with a spicy hop note.

Bottle 33cl. from Boerenjongens deli, Amsterdam @home poured into a teku glass. Opaque ruby brown colour, small fizzy beige head, mostly diminishing, some lacing. Aroma roasted malt,caramel, molasses, liquorice, dark fruits, raisins, dates, cinnamon, alcohol notes. Taste light light heavy sweet and light bitter taste, malty, some roast, caramel, liquorice, molasses, festive season spices, boozy notes. Full-bodied, oily to sticky texture, soft carbonation, sweet and malty bitter aftertaste, alcohol, spices till the end, rich brew, very nice.

Fles gedeeld met familie. Roodbruin tot amberkleurig bier met matig schuim. Aroma is kruidig De smaak is vol fruitig, kersen, pruimen en rozijnen. De nasmaak is fruitig en hoppig.

Bottle 33cl. from Boerenjongens Deli @home poured into a tumbler. Hazy murkish pale golden colour, small fizzy white head, mostly diminishing, no lacing. Aroma pale malts, a lot of ginger but well-balanced, saison yeast, medicinal impression.. Taste mild sweet and bitter, malty, ginger, yeast, lemon peel, peppery notes. Medium body, watery to oily texture, soft carbonation, mild sweetbitter aftertaste, moderate spicy and yeasty finish, nice.

Belgian style tripel by this amusing Dutch brewery, thanks Craftmember for sharing. Medium thick, egg-white, stable but eventually breaking head on a hazy peach blonde robe with ochre tinge. Aroma of green pear, white bread dough, dried tarragon, oxidized apple slices, hints of sweetclover, lemongrass, honey and cooked parsnip. Fruity onset, sweetish with hints of pear, peach and pineapple, medium carb - or actually rather soft for the style; rounded, bit fluffy mouthfeel, white-bready maltiness with vague cake- and honey-like edges, ending with spicy notes (tarragon and lemonbalm rather than the usual coriander seed) and a mild grassy hop bitterness with floral and drying effects. The alcohol remains well hidden. Well-crafted tripel with 'deviant' and distinct, but not unpleasant spicing, decent enough.
