750mL bottle, pours a cloudy dark pinkish red with a small white head. Aroma has some muted blueberry skins, rustic saison yeast, and musty earthiness. Flavour is full of intense blueberries, some earthness, and a dry berry skin finish. Nice dry, earthy blueberry character. Solid stuff.

Pale purplish with a touch of haze. No head. Fairly tart, with a decent fruit character. Medium body, slight acidity. Decently balanced.

Thanks, Derek B.!
Weird fermented vegetables and some fermented apples notes. Taste is along the same lines, crispy, bubbly, semi dry. Interesting.

Bottle: Poured a copper color lager with a large off-white head with good retention and light lacing. Aroma of light tart Brett notes with some caramelized lat notes. Taste is also a mix of Brett notes with some light tart notes and some caramelized malt with light fruity notes. Body is about average with good carbonation. Enjoyable Bretty dark lager with good drinkability.

O:6.05 V:1.11 G:6.6 C:4.15 G:13.0 T:30.91
