Bottle from the brewpub on my 2017 Quebec Beer Run. Pours a golden-orange colour with a warm creamy cap, good retention and some lower creamy lacing. Cereal grain aromas with some mild honey. With time, some light fresh herbal hops do come out over the fruity malts. The taste has this fruitiness of malts with hints of sweetness from the honey. Gets hazy at last pour with more of the citrus notes coming out. Mostly oranges. Well-blended hops in the background, not too strong. Not a bad honey Blonde Ale.

Bottle purchased at the brewpub on my Quebec Microbrewery tour 2017. Pours a clean amber colour with golden hues. Big warm cap, stays very well with some foamy lacing. Sour nose with decent hops. Some sweet malty undertones. The light smokiness is felt in the taste, but very light. The hops are well-balanced to give this light beer some nice flavours and dryness. Thankfully the sourness does not show here (so not infected, but probably the coriander). Becomes much hazy at the last pour and the roasted spices (pepper, coriander) come out, even in the aromas. Everything is nicely blended making this a beautiful different spicy session.
