330 ml can. Pours black with short dark tan head. Aromas of dark chocolate nougat, vanilla, charred oak, soft bourbon, and slick roasted malts. Flavors of rich chocolate syrup, fudge, dry oak, more soft bourbon, vanilla, and thick roasted malts. Creamy and a bit chocolatey sweet on the finish, but much drier than expected. Excellent

Draught No head left; utterly hazy yellow beer, as pressed pineapple. Not just pressed pineapple in the nose, but (pink) grapefruti as well, as guave (ananasguave?). Also a whiff of cypress. Very aromatic! Bitter-ish with hints of, yes, tobacco. Lemon-cheesecake and oak/acorns, horsechestnut - the bitterness increases in time. Also the cypress - specifically the cones. Quite slick, well-bodied to chewy, if almost undercarbonated. If I would be really nitpicking, I'd say there is a tad too much difference between the fruity nose and the dry flavour. Bit since I liked both - who cares?

Op tap bij Lokaal Duinoord. Troebelgele kleur, geen kraag. Lichtzuur, thee, zoete perzik, te zoete vruchtensap, prikkelend. Lichte body. Niet mijn ding.

Op tap bij Lokaal Duinoord. Mistig goudgele kleur, witte kraag.
