On tap @Nürnberger Altstadthof (Nuremberg). Giallo paglierino, un filo velata, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note di malto, fieno, erba tagliata, leggero citrico. In bocca è equilibrata e pulita, fresca, con discreto spunto amaro e secchezza. Corpo leggero, carbonazione media. Gradevole.

On tap @Nürnberger Altstadthof (Nuremberg). Color fieno, torbida, schiuma bianca medio-leggera. Al naso esteri, frullato di banana, ma anche mela matura, piuttosto rustica, leggermente terrosa. In bocca è dolce, con note di toffee e zucchero di canna. Corpo medio, carbonazione leggera. Non male nel suo genere.

Draught @ the brewpub, Nürnberg. Pours cloudy copper brown with stable off-white head. Clear aroma of malt and caramel, with notes of yeast and touches of banana. Sweetish flavour of banana, malt and yeast, with sourish, grainy touches and hints of hops. Estery and slightly acidic aftertaste with bitterish hints. Drinkable but nothing special. The body is too thin for a good Hefeweizen.
