Description

Pinkish hazy color, lively. Some doughy, farty smell, some berries. Very dry mouthfeel, moderate acidity, not much depth of flavor, but it has a nice sour berry touch, cranberries. Clean palate.
Well done.

Has an ambery-reddish colour. On the aroma, this is heavily yeasty - a unique yeasty character and it's pretty dominant. Tart on the palate, with a vinous note and a fairly strong barrel accent. The acidity on this is quite sharp. There are bugs here, but tough to pick out anything common. A nice experiment, really, brings sharp acidity, nice fruity accent, and is a fairly well-rounded beer.

375mL bottle, pours a hazy orange with a small white head. Aroma reveals light funk, some balsamic, and subtle vinous notes. Flavour is rather obscured, with light faded grapes, some earthy funk, phenolic notes, a little blue cheese, and a hint of leather. Earthy and obscured. Not much clear character, but pleasant enough.
