Description

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a huge and frothy beige head leaving quite some lacework. Fresh, citrusy hop aroma - hardly any roast. Medium body, subtle roast but this is an all hop show really. Ends bitter. A lovely Black IPA. 130612

Bottled. A slightly hazy dark amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, yeast, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry yeasty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.

Bottle 37,5 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy amber with an off-white head. Subtle malty, caramellish aroma. Medium body, caramellish, dry and hoppy finish. Not sure how carob taste but I don’t really pick up anything all too exotic. But straight and drinkable. 130612

01/06/2012 La Tana (tap). Ambrata scarica, abbastanza limpida, schiuma bianco-sporca abbondante, molto persistente. Corpo medio, carbonazione abbondante. Discreta.
