Description
Il Birrificio prende il nome dalla sorgente del Lambro, il nostro amato e tanto bistrattato fiume, simbolo, nel bene e nel male, di questo territorio (una sorgente particolare, purissima, che un po’ mena… un po’ resta… viva, come la nostra birra!).
Il logo riproduce la sperada, tipica acconciatura femminile in uso in Brianza fino all’inizio del ‘900, ornamento che le spose indossavano il giorno del matrimonio e che univa trasversalmente la gente di ogni estrazione sociale. Come solo può fare la birra!

cloudy brown. small smooth offwhite head. roasted malty aroma, dry. flavor is roasted malty, bitter hoppy, more malty than hoppy, but a great black ipa.

clear yellow , no head. dry slightly sour and tart slightly barnyard aroma. pretty clean. flavor is dry. tart, sourish.

50 cl bottle. Pours hazy yellow with a huge white head. Aroma is mild fruity and light grassy. Light toasted malty and mild breadish. Bitter, mild citrusy and crisp hoppy. Bitter and toasted finish.

Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a lively, frothy white head leaving quite some lacework. Sweet malty nose. Light body, subtle malt and fruit with a yeasty whiff. Ends dry with a bitter twist. Easygoing and quaffable. 130612

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy amber with a huge off white head. Aroma is fruity and peachy to grapefruity. Smooth fruity, crisp hoppy and smooth peachy. Mellow yeasty and pachy to light grapefruity finish.

37.5 cl bottle. Pours cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma is tart and light cornish. Citric and light malty. Mild fruity. Flat malty and citric, mild fruity. Bitter and citric finish.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of yespr. Pours a cloudy opaque brown with a huge and frothy beige head leaving quite some lacework. Fresh, citrusy hop aroma - hardly any roast. Medium body, subtle roast but this is an all hop show really. Ends bitter. A lovely Black IPA. 130612

Bottled. A slightly hazy dark amber beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of fruits, yeast, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruits, malt, and caramel, leading to a dry yeasty finish. Thanks yespr for sharing.
