On tap at Malt Worm, Fuller's Cornish Gold, 4.6%. This appears to be the closest thing. Golden body, scant white gead. Sweet aroma, fermented apples, okay. Ordinary taste, light fermented apples, vague marzipan, sweetish. Okay, but not thrilling.

From handpump at Hercules, London, with DJN and ID 11.11.22. Pale clear straw colour. Decent aroma and taste of sour red apples, cider apples and apple peel. Some apple zest bitterness in aftertaste.

On tap at The Stable - Birmingham, pours a clear dull blonde with a small white head. Aroma is dry, with musty dry apple skins and a tiny touch of funk. Flavour is gently funky, with crisp apple skins, light champagne effervescence, and a tiny hint of residual sugar. Crisp, musty and gently sweet. Solid.

500ml bottle - Pours a clear golden colour with a carbonated fizzy white head that quickly disappeared. The aroma is fruity, apples with light toffee notes. A light dry fruity taste, dried and fresh apple flavours with some tannins in a dry finish.
