50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours a beautiful brilliant reddish gold with no foam, transparent. Aroma is apple, melon, a little grapes. Body is average with good carbonation. Taste is markedly sweet. Finish is average.

Bottle from Beers of Europe. Appearance - cherry red. Steady carbonation. Nose - ripe raspberry. Not much apple. Taste - more of the same. Some apple peeking in. Mainly sweet raspberry but with some fruit acidity. Palate - close to medium bodied. Tangy sweet and dry middle and finish. Overall - ok.

50cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours very pale yellow, with practically no foam. Aroma is a nice dry feeling of apple. Body is fairly dense with very abundant carbonation. Taste is pretty sweet, with a hint of acidity. Finish is really dry for a cider.

Bottle at home, 12/05/19. Clear golden with carbonation well evident. Nose is toffee apple, grass, straw, light tannins, apple skins. Taste comprises crisp apple, light caramel, big dry first mouthful, straw. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close but not so much as that first bite. Decent enough offering.

At a tasting, small quickly dissapearing bubbly head, clear quite pale yellow color, aroma of pear, yeast, sulphur and a hint of horse sweat, flavor of pear, with touches of minerals and sulphur, light sweetness, light to medium sourness. Nice and drinkable.
