330 ml bottle. Dark orange golden, small head. Ripe apples, apple core and apple peel, some spices, apple pie, dry citrus notes. Mild dry sourness, fruity sweetness. Full to medium bodied, oily texture, lively carbonated, dry sour sweet finish. Really nice!

500ml bottle from Northumbrian Gifts. Red colour, short-lived pinkish fizzy foam head and aroma of berry fruits, apple, sulphur hint. Taste is sweetish, fruity, apple, cherry, berries, jammy, some tartness. Medium bodied, light to medium carbonation, medium-sweet finish. OK

Bottle at from Sainsbury's. A clear petrol gold coloured pour with a fine fading white head. Aroma is semi sweet, waxy apple, clean apple. Flavour is sharp tangy, sharp apple, zesty, Palate is sharp tangy, highish carbonation . Decent clean and crisp stuff.

500ml bottle from Vinmonopolet Langnes. A bright golden body, poor lacing, diminishing white head. Moderate smell of ripe apples and skins of pears. Okay taste profile of apples and green grapes. Ends mid-dry, sweet, and semi-tart. Passable. Horizontal tasting of three siders. (Tromsø 19.04.2021).
