Gravity cask at Nottingham festival 2015. Hazy brown color. Aroma of vanilla and coffee. Taste has cocoa and vanilla. Nice.

On cask at Chesterfield Ale House - Hazy yellow body, steady little white head. Nose is grass, herbs and a bit of citrus, with the ginger coming through when you are wondering where it is. Taste is clean, spicy and the kick of the ginger just about right. It is a fairly decent beer, but I’d be pushed to do more than one.

Cask at Moo Carlisle. Pours opaque dark with a thin tan head. Aromas of liquorice, roast coffee. Taste is light roast, bitter dark chocolate. Bitter, roasty finish. Decent stout.

Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Dancing Duck Amberillo ].Clear medium to dark amber orange color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, hay, straw, pale malt, caramel, light to moderate hoppy, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, pale malt, hop bitter, caramel, hay. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]
