Just sit back and relax, beer is on it’s way!
Brouwen is ons vak, mensen samenbrengen onze passie. Of dit nu gebeurt via events, live brouwdagen of workshops, we want you to be a part of it!

Goudkleurig bier met weinig schuim. Smaak is licht fris zuur met iets van passievrucht en citrus. Helemaal niet slecht.

Good, slightly yellowish head, stable, over hazy copperish orange beer. Fruity nose, citrus-y, floral, old clothes. I can guess the chamomille. Very perfumed. Coriander obvious, as is the chamomille. Still searching for the elderflower - maybe the slightly weyish retronasal aroma. Some malts hidden underneath. Heated chocolate buns in the aftertaste. Feels rather well filled for its modest 4.4%. Well carbonated. Unsettling beer. The finish sporting this rosted chocolate-filled bun flavour, stands almost perpendicular on all previous impressions, and that is not something I favour.

Draught Very stable, fine & dense, off-white head over utterly cloudy ochre beer with a mossy sheen. Citrus, ureum, oranges, felt, but also artichoke. Gives a very dry impression. Dry indeed, with resins, putty, orangepeel, musk, lightly roasted grains, dark grains. Resins last long into the aftertaste. Good carbonation, at least medium bodied, very hopoily. Light alcoholwarmth. Good dry IPA, but it lacks a bit fruitiness, certainly in the nose.

Smell-weak caramel, malt, faint Belgian tones. Foam- thin, malt, caramel. Head is medium-sized, and weak brown in color. Appearance - generic black bottle cap, simple nice dog label. Clear-ish dark red mahogany in color. From - pint Taste - caramel, malt, weak Belgian tones, a bit powdery in the aftertaste. Not the best Belgian.

Eher trockener, moderat hopfiger Antrunk. Milde Süße, Karamellmalz, das Hopfenaroma wird stärker. Mittellanger Abgang. 9/10/10/11/9/10

Hopoogst 2022 Amber-copperish colour, veiled, under a small, slightly cream-coloured head. Caramel, cassonade sugar, bit insectoid-leafy aroma. Sweet-ish, undergrowth, green leaves, earthy instead of insectoid. Quite slick, hopoil-intoned, good carbonation. Seems well attenuated. I think the hops demand this to be drunk REALLY fresh - sample was well inside the BBd. Txs to Fred!
