Just sit back and relax, beer is on it’s way!
Brouwen is ons vak, mensen samenbrengen onze passie. Retry 13/08/2022 Small, fast gone beige head over deep brown muddy beer. Islay malt a mile out, dark malts underneath, smoke, tarr, cigar tobacco. Smoke, tarr, peat - but also artichoke, other green vegetables, Islay malt and cigar ash. Full bodied, furious alcoholheat, almost viscous, oily feel. Mild carbonation. Superb - for the Islay lovers, at least. Obviously better than the first try. I Txs to Fred! /I
Sample 23/07/2022
Cap comes off effortlessly. No head, undercarbonated, dirty dark brown beer. Leather boiled in tarr. Laphroaig/Islay a mile out, almost distilled smoke. Chocolate, rumbonen , tarr, peat, Islay malt, bit sticky. Utterly undercarbonated, fiery alcoholcontent; oily feel, alcoholheat and -thinning. Convinced the sampled bottle was not well-closed, beer as flat as a pancake. Despite this, the beer remained quite palatable, certainly a good sign, thanks to the alcohol? Needs to be retried. As to when/where the cap got loose?

Small darker cream head over fully muddy brown-black beer. Sweet whisky nose, boozy yet complex. Vanilla, oakwood, raisins, dried fruity, fresh bakery aroma. Sweet, alcoholic, but again quite complex, and balanced to boot. Dried fruit, preserved orangezeste, liqueurish, blue grapes. Alcoholthinning and -burn, 'hot', bit viscous, chewy, long lasting flavours. Excellent! Much better than the first tries.

Clear brown colour with thin head. Nice caramel notes and plenty of malt too. Pleasantly dry finish.

Small, lightly yellowish head, pitting in over hazy orangeish yellow beer. Fresh fruity nose, citrus and other; C-hops with lupulin, passion fruit, starfruit. Lightly sourish, fruity flavour with wheat acidity. Exotic fruit. Very refreshing, with tittilation carbonation. Light body, wheatslick. Not much in the aftertaste corner. As a rule, I find combinations of wheatale with C-hops a waste of time. Now here is one to change my mind! Very good.

Small off-white head over veiled copper beer, lively carbonated. Fruity esters in the nose, with a quite liqueurish tendency. Sweet, even preserved fruit on syrup. More alcoholic smell than the ABV would warrant. Sourish, fresh passionfruit- or kiwi-like acidity, if immediately followed by sweet, again almost syrupy liqueurish sweetness; preserved fruit returning. Light; spritzy carbonation thanks to the acidity. Strange beer, pulling in two directions at the same time. Thanks to Stef!
Small white head, hazy orange beer, well carbonated; 8 Rainwater, fruity, light pineapple, pineapple juice. 7 Flavours of papaya, passionfruit; starfruit and faint citrus. Sweet and lightly sour. 7.5 Good carbonation; light body. 6 Overall 7.5 Retried 04/03/2023
