Draught Huge, very dense, lacey head with a dark copperish-ochre beer. Clove, banana, ureum, fruity esters and fusels. More of the same, citrus, orangepeel. Clove/guaiacol very prominent. Light wheat acidity. Quite slick, wheatslickness. Very classical Weizen. Not really my style, but sample is totally convincing.

Towering, very dense and stable head over hazy golden beer. Green leaves, quite spicy malts, peppery, bit grassy. Sweetish to sweet, if not in a malty way. More like sweet vegetables ( scorza nera, celeri,...) and a faint bitterness in the finish. Gradually, a bit earthy. Light body, some protein filling, low to medium carbonation after initial high build-up. Better than the sum of its parts. Thanks to Stef!

Draught Good, very dense & fine whitish head, leaving lace over hazy pale amber beer. Very estery nose, pineapple, sucade, preserved citruspeel, fruity yeast. Bitterish-spicy; again esters, ginger, again preserved things as sucade or orangepeel. Very slick if rather light body for its ABV. Probably very well-attenuated; medium carbonation. Yeah. Too much kveik, not enough IPA.

Huge, irregular, just not snowwhite head over clear old-golden coloured beer. Vanilla immediately upon opening, garden herbs, meadow flowers, double cream. Vanilla tripel indeed. Bit sweet, but not overdone. Still not really fully attenuated, malts in evidence, caramel, toast. Good carbonation, quite slick. Much drier finish and aftertaste. Deceptively drinkable, strong, with just the slightly overdone vanilla sweetness to slow down. Thanks to Stef!

Small, but relatively stable cream head over opaque redbrown beer. Whisky, chocolate, melanoidins, old oak but also vanilla, rather pointing towards young oak. Sweetish, vanilla, oak, but still liquorice sweet underneath, which makes it a tad thin. Banana, milk chocolate. As said, bit thing, but some gristslickness; not very carbonated. Way better than the basic Dobbelman, but that is exactly what's the awkward point is: if the basic beer were a bit beefed up, this might have turned out really great! OTOH, I also wonder if the ABV is that low, seems stronger. Thanks to Stef!

Medium but stable ochre head over reddish brown beer. Chocolate cookies, cent wafers, Oreo etc., caramel, molasses, rainwater. Liquorice, caramel, melanoidins; sweet, cookies, milk chocolated, banana filling. Light if present carbonation, slick, bit watery. And that last is it - by no means a bad beer, but for a "dubbel" significantly lacking in punch. Thanks to Stef!

Huge cream-tan head, dense and irregular, adherent; reddish brown beer. Roasted, brown bread, malt syrup and indeed whisky. Further cardboard, liquorice. Peated whisky, liquorice, cardboard, melanoidines. Quite dry finish. Medium to well-bodied, very slight alcoholthinning, alcoholwarmth. Pretty good. "WhiskEy Infused": Irish? Thanks to Stef!

Towering cream-russet-pinkish head, stable, over jet-black beer. Chocolate, liquorice, aniseed. And 'some' alcohol. Again liquorice, aniseed, bit pipe tobacco. Not very dry, sweetness, enhanced by the alcohol. Maltsyrup, praliné . Well bodied, velvety texture. Good carbonation, viscous, rich. "Barrel aged series". OK, but barrel aged in...? Remarkable evolution in this brewery, going over into 75cl bottles. Txs to Stef!

Good, slowly disappearing white head over fully hazy orangeish yellow beer. Lemon, lemonpeel, floormop Bretts, bit coriander-like spice, chamomille and other grains, especially identifiable spelt. More of the same, mainly. Neutral, not sour main taste. Other grains, dry spices, spelt. Bit thinnish, yeastslick. Medium carbonation. I've had this before - only it was known as Ommegeddon. Or it's at least its spitting image. Ommegang called it saison, and that is closer than sour, IMO. Txs to Stef!
