Bouteille (otto:ogottogott):Light chestnut-amber coloured, small off-white foamy layer; sweetish caramelly nose with a slightly tart "woody" touch;light to moderate sweetish flavour, low bitterness, quite light bodied for a beer of 5.5%; slightly lingering more bitter and more tart "woody"-caramelly finish. Quite an uniforme brew...

bottle from MoritzF! Amber golden with a mid-siezd off-white head. Malty with some dusty hops and a grainy overall-character. Not my cup of tea.

That’ll be me 20K then @ ChrisO’s. Thanks to Jan1Fan. Hazy amber - brown beer, tidy cream colour head. Palate is light and fairly minerally crisp. Light fresh creamy sweetness, well fresh for an old beer anyway. Nice orange and orange sherbet. Light semi dry finish. Nice.

500ml bottle, thanks to Erzengel! Many thanks. Pours clear gold with small, receding head. Aroma is lightly sweet malts. Taste is smooth, buttery, some grain, light oxidisation, faded hops. I imagine this would taste markedly different fresh. Oh well.

Flasche ( „Duckstein Opal Pilsener", 50 cl, MHD: 02/17) aus einem Tegut-Markt in Marburg. - Goldbraun, klar.

(bottle, as Bernstein Märzen GC) Clear, amber colour with a medium-sized and slightly tanned foamy head. Mildly bready malty aroma with distinctive notes of caramel, hints of nuts and shades of herbal and very subtle fruity hops. Moderately sweet flavour, quite light bodied with a soft carbonation. Mildly toasted and rather slim cara-malty base with nutty notes, backed a discreetly spicy and subtle fruity hops; moderately caramelly malt-accented finish with shy hoppy notes. Drinkable but rather disappointing concerning the list of ingredients. 10.IV.16
