Can shared thanks to sjogro. Clear golden with small white head. Apple candy, pear, a hint of flowery quince, cinnamon. Light sweet and tart. Very light bodied with fizzy carbonation. Super watery. Not so bad, it drinks gast because it doesn't have much taste at all. Dubbelfriss.

When the label says: apfelwein pour….well then I belived it to be a bit sweet. No worries be happy. Everything is going to be good It was a really nice and pleasant cider Hazed pale golden pour with a bubbly head Ok intensity in the aroma. Balanced acidity and sweetness. And a semi dry ending Pleasant fine apple flavor [Can – leftover in Tommy`s fridge]

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours gold with a slight, transient white head. Aroma of light cider - no skin notes. Near med body. It's dry and tart. So there's some skin, but mostly ripe soft apple flavor. Some contradictions in there. It is suggestive of a dryish German white wine. Decent cider.

Can from Total Wine in Sacramento, CA. Pours clear, bright gold with a white smear. Aroma of sweet non-red apples. Approaching med body. Flavor is lightly sweet apple - likely golden apples - with some light, astringent apple skin. Decent cider.

Sample courtesy of minutemat, cheers Mat! Pale golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fleshy apple, white wine. Taste is tart, fruity apple, fleshy with pip & core, and some white wine notes. Light bodied, medium carbonation, drying slighty tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.

500ml can, thanks to my secret santa! Pours clear pale golden yellow, aroma of light white wine, green apple. Taste presents a gentle white wine acidity, oily on the palate, moderately tart, golden delicious apples, soft skin with a drying sweetness. Fine, clean apfelwein.

Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours cherry red with a slight pinkish head. Aroma of red apple skins. Hint of cherry. Med minus body. Flavor is mildly sweet - cherry sweet/apple skin tart. It's ok, but not something to look for.

Can. Reddish pink color. Apple and a hint of cherry juice in the aroma and flavor. Sweet with a fruit sourness. Sticky. Cherry sweetness. Drinkable.
