"No. 11". Clear amber-brown, small, foamy, off-white head. Aroma of dusty old raisins, date, vanilla, old milk chocolate, bourbon, wood, brioche. Taste has sweet old raisin, date & plum in a toffeeish, vanilla- & brioche-like malt body with woody notes. Soft herbal hops in the finish, lots of dried fruits and vanilla lingering, and a dash of warming bourbon alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Noticeably aged but so elegant and flavourful.

Hazy dark brown, small, foamy, tan head. Aroma of blue cheese, butter, malt vinegar, fermenting nectarine, red grape, leather, cherry pit, almond. Taste has very sour nectarine, blue plum and grape surrounded by funky notes of malt vinegar, lactic acid and leather in an almondy, 'kramiek'-like malt body. Soft bitter herbal hops in the finish, ending quite sharp with tart cherry and berries and woody tannins. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Excellent funky & vinous stuff.

Herbal hops in the finish, a softly bitter toastiness, more dried fruits, vanilla and warming bourbon alcohol. Medium to full body, oily texture, average carbonation. Enjoyable aged character.

Lots and lots of bourbon, hot alcohol or fusel, solvent, shoe polish, soy sauce. Taste has sweet chocolate sauce, umami soy sauce, solvent, alcohol. Very alcoholic into the finish with boozy bourbon warmth. Full body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Oof, I was hoping to get more out of this but it's way to rough. Let's give that bottle in the cellar a few more years...

Taste has sour green apple, plum & grape; some funky hay & straw before finishing with grassy hops, vanilla, yellow fruits and wood, fairly oxidised too. Medium body, moussy texture, average carbonation. Pretty decent bit didn't hold up as well as the non-BA base beer.
