Description
Commenced brewing in early 2012 at Garthorpe Rd, Luddington. Moved in 2013 to 7 Lakes Country Park, Crowle. Closed in 2016. Re-opened later in 2016 after investment from Lincoln based beer enthusiasts. Opened a sister brewery Docks in Grimsby in 2018 then moved production of Axholme to there.

5/5/2018. Cask at Message In A Bottle, Cleethorpes. Pours pale brown with an average sized creamy off-white head. Aroma of hops, citrus, malt, rye, caramel and bread. Medium sweetness, moderate bitterness, and just a very light edge of citrus sour. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation. Pretty good, easy drinking bitter.

Bottle from Crafty Bottle, Lincoln. Amber colour with an off white head. Aroma caramel and malty. Light sweet to light bitter taste, medium body. Light for 6%

On tap at the West End Tap, Lincoln. Pale Amber colour with a white head. Aroma certainly has honey and a dry graininess. Taste honey sweet. Medium body.

Cask (handpump) @ Hand and Heart, 65-67 Derby Road, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 5BA. [ As Axholme Lincolnshire Light ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, sweet malt, pale malt, fruity. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20151006] 6-3-6-3-12
