When we started we were (and still are) huge fans of hops and there just weren't enough brewers in the UK using them, even though that sounds ridiculous in today's beer world. So, rather than moaning into our beer, we thought we'd do something about it and brew some of our own! Over time as the beer scene evolved, there was less need for our style of hoppy beers since everyone was brewing with them so we evolved too and widened our style portfolio.

Cask, gravity at Oxford Beer Festival, Fri 28th Oct 2011 A good hoppy burst from the off, slightly numbing on the tongue, strung out citrus bitterness, dark red amber, but poor light i here to be exact. Difficult to rate stood up with glass, programme etc in hands as well. Suffice to say another good beer from Gazza & Dave. A7 A4 T8 P4 Ov14 3.7
