Description
For nearly twenty five years, our mission here at Smuttynose has remained the same: to brew the best beer we can in a way we can be proud of. That includes honoring New England’s rich beermaking history, respecting our environment, and playing an active role in our community.

We value creativity, quality, authenticity and sustainability, but it really boils down to making great beers to enjoy with friends and family. We hope you love drinking our beers as much as we love brewing them. Cheers!

Merged with Harpoon in 2024, forming Barrel One Collective.

Bottle 12oz: Hazy orange coloured IPA from New Hampshire, with an quite good sublime hoppy manderine-like taste. This is one IPA i really like, standard but slightly with extra feautures. Also strange but funny label.

Clear dark copper with a small short lived team head producing spotty lace. Nose is roasted malt, light molasses, and some dark fruit. Light+ molasses sweetness and a light grassy bitterness. Creamy medium- mouth with slightly soft carbonation.

Can from Hannaford's
Surprisingly clear for a beer called whole lotta haze. Mostly clear light gold with a frothy white head that persists. Big citrus nose with bits of earth and pine. Bready crackery maltiness beneath. Nice brew but a little more hop flavor/bitterness would have been fantastic.

Meh. Kinda flat. And it came in a shiner glass. That's false advertising, you know!!
