Slightly hazy yellow with a medium sized white head that faded quickly. Dry and very tart with strong lime. Long lime finish. Medium body.

Refrigerated pint can poured into a glass. Clear burnt orange with. Small white head which dissipates quickly. Aroma is light cherry, medium body, low carbonation, and no lacing. Taste is subtle cherry cheesecake.
