Cask at Moon Under Water, Wolverhampton. Pours a dark copper with a medium sized foamy cream head and good lacing. Aroma has malts with some hints of spices. In the mouth it is sweet and creamy with traditional hops and hints of spices and chocolate. Not bad, but a bit mundane.

On cask at JDW Dumbarton - Deep russet body, lush white top. Big caramel fruity currant malt bomb all through, slight bitter aftertaste.

A: hazy black, stable, foamy, beige head.
A: brown bread, oat flakes, cream, toast, earth.
T: sweetish prune, apple, brown bread & oats.
F: soft earthy hops, oats, diluted coffee.
P: medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation.
Pretty decent at low ABV.
