United States 🇺🇸
Associated Venue: Heretic Brewing Company
Established in 2011
We started by sharing a building with another brewery in 2011, but we always brewed our beer ourselves. Within the first six months we realized there wasn’t enough space for two breweries in one building, so we began the search for a new place. By 2013, we had built a new, modern brewery in the wonderful city of Fairfield, California and moved all our operations there, including our new distillery.

440ml can from the Beer Bank, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy golden orange colour with a short-lived frothy white head and some clingy lace. The aroma is grainy malt, yeasty biscuit, peachy, orange, grapefruit citrus, floral hop. The flavour is moderate sweet and bitter, with a crisp, fresh, super juicy, light tart, dry hop bitter palate and a lingering dry and bitter finish. Medium bodied with average carbonation.
0,44 litre Can from Vinmonopolet Lillehammer. Hazy yellow with white head. Malts, hops, mango, Passionfruit, some bitterness.

De fijne moutbasis van een american IPA met het fruitige van een juicy IPA. Meer klassiek gestoeld dan "modern", wat erg fijn is

Can from Corti Bros. Pours translucent/hazy gold with a transient white head. Aroma has lots of tropicals with some Kraft caramel support. Med body. Flavor has lots of fruit - juicy - but also astringent and bitter. Really hitting my tongue's rear sides. No hops seem to have been spared. Heat? Finally looked for it and found some. Gets an earthy touch in the finish. Really good ale.

Can. A- Tart, cocoa, funk. A- Dark brown color, dark liquid, beige head. T- Cherry, funky, oak, cocoa. P- Medium body, average texture, high carbonation, tangy finish. O- A bit sour cherry. More like a Sour Red than a Porter. I was hesitant to buy at first as porters with brett and the like are usually not my thing. Especially for $13 for a pint can. A bit unimpressed but not bad.

16oz can from Brewers Haven. Bright yellow golden, small tight creamy head. Citrusy aroma, bready malts and enough ABV to alert you to what comes next. Caramel malts, citrus peel, almost like a bottle of citrus solvent. A steady burn throughout. Thick and creamy.
