Pours light amber with a bit of haziness. One and a half finger of compact white head, decent retention and nice lacing. Reasonably intense aroma shows a soft malty base, with notes of cereal and light caramel, plus a hint of honey. Fruity notes of orange pulp and (lighter) pear. There's a bit more hoppiness than usual per style with herbal/grassy and flowery hints. It's a nicely complex aroma, but not a very defined one. Taste notes follow the aroma closely, again with nice intensity but not much definition. There's a light sweet edge in both taste and aftertaste, but all is in nice balance (also due to a light earthy note). Medium or lightly above medium bodied, with average to high carbonation, resulting in a quite lively, semi-full mouthfeel. Enjoyable and interesting, but not as polished/clean as usual per style, felt more like a classic belgian pale ale.

Bière 33 centilitres bue à la terrasse à Lille. Couleur violette, acide ou plutôt acidulée, on est presque sur une sour, mais cela reste agréable à boire pour moi qui n'aime pas ce genre de bière. Assez sympa.

Tight white head stayed on a hazy pale golden coloured body. Citrus & vegetal aroma. Medium bodied, foamy & clean. Rhubarb, vegetal, citrus & hoppy tastes with a bitter, sour finish. Sharp!

33cl bottle. Pours light amber, with fine white foam. Aroma is honey, citrus, hoppy, piney. Body is average, like carbonation. Taste is medium-high bitter, with a bit of sweetness. Final is average.

Bottled. Almost clear golden, small. Elderflowers, pears, flower and hay up front. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with pineapple, pears and hay. Warming finish with mild bitterness.
