Ma is emlékszem a gyönyörre ami átjárt, mikor kétheti sörtúra végén Bambergbe beültünk egy párolt spárgára és bár felcsillamva szemem hogy pils lát e környéken, de azért kellően tartva is a karcos szájpadlássimogátásától, nagy nehezen kihozták e kicsi gyöngyszemet, s belekórtyolva legszívesebben elsírná magát az ember, ó csodálatos, egyből elfelejtődik minden sörherót és rajongásunk újfent a pilsnerek felé fordul.

Draught at Bedford-Bamberg Beer Festival 2014. Clear reddish brown with relatively little carbonation and almost no head. Fruity sweet caramel scent isn’t particularly strong or complex but is pleasant. Taste starts out a bit jarring - quite sweet with sour and bitter edges before fading to a bitter/sour finish and sweetish almost saccharin aftertaste. Different, but it grows on you. And it doesn’t taste anywhere near 5%.

Clear golden colored, small white head. Malty and flowery nose, some hops. Not very complex, but very easy to drink.

(Draught at Akkurat, Stockholm, 10 March 2014) Golden yellow colour with frothy, white head. Malty nose with notes of bread, grass and hay. Malty taste with bread, grass, hay, crisp malt and a fairly dry finish with a fresh grassy bitterness. Medium body, quite dry. Crisp, clean, tasty and refreshing. Quite nice.

Bottle sample at PRNH Meibockfestival. Clear golden colour, thin white head. Aroma of a strong lager, grainy, alcohol, honey, grass. Not great. Flavour is also bordering on cheap strong lager, grainy and grassy with some honey sweetness. Light-bodied. Meh.

Bamberg Jolly Day 1 24/0/14. Darft split at Keesman. Crystal clear yellow coloured pour with lasting white head. Aroma is lager yeast, cereal and some fruity esters.Palate is highly carbonated and crisp. Flavour is clean pils malt and mineral.

Bamberg Jolly Day 1 24/0/14.Draft and keesman Bamberg. Golden amber coloured pour with frothy off white head. Aroma is cereal grains, nutty malt, some nobel floral hops. Fairly smooth palate. Flavour is nutty grains, clean and srisp in the finish

Bamberg Jolly Day 1 24/0/14.Darft at Keesman in Bamberg. Bright orange colour with a big frothy white head. Flavour is wheaty, milky, banana. Milky smooth palate. Slight sweetness in the finish.

Ins Glas ergießt sich ein trübes goldenes Bier mit schöner Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, fruchtig, würzig. Geschmack hefig fruchtig, reife Bananen, leicht würzig.
