Day 1 of the post Xmas Bamberg Jolly, tap at Keesmann bamberg, 24/01/14. Exceptionally clear golden with a big old white head - a handsome beer. Nose is light citrus, pale malts, straw, clean. Taste comprises bread dough, lemon rind, crisp and clean, light caramel. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, crisp closure. Solid helles.

Keesmann Bock, vom Faß beim Keesmann, BA. - Goldgelb, klar. - Nase deutlich malzig. - Antrunk sahnig malzig, getreidig; etwas dicke aber nirgends aufdringliche Süße; Sahnebonbons. Deutliche aber noch milde, leicht krautige Hopfenherbe, perfekt in die sahnige Süffigkeit eingebunden.
