Sample at ZBF 2018, thanks Belgian RB table. Cuivrée, col beige voire café au lait. Arôme est classique niveau levure sur effet allemand, note de baie voire de fraise, vieux yaourt, grains en rétro. Palais est malté caramel, pâle, effervescence bcp trop haute avec petit côté de tourbe sur la fin, retrouve un effet noble houblonné belge.

Hazy dark brown, red hue, with a lasting, small, foamy, tan head. Aroma of peated malt, ham, candied dark fruits, some banana, salted caramel, sea salt. It tastes light to medium malty sweet and medium roasted bitter, some 'beefy' umami and salt in the back. Dry, peaty, roasted & slightly metallic finish. Medium body, oily texture, lively carbonation - bubbly effect. A weird combination which didn't really work out well - a bit gimmicky?

Hazy dark red with a lasitng, small, foamy, tan head; little lacing. Aroma of vanilla, blackberries & raspberries, jam, wood, herbs, black tea. It tastes light to medium fruity sour, hints of vanilla, and light hoppy/herbal bitter. Dry, herbal finish, a bit tart, some warming (fruit) jenever alcohol. Medium body, slick texture, lively carbonation. Somewhat messy.

Thank you for sharing RB People! Sampled @ ZBF 2018. Murky hideous rotting brownish. Nose is dull rotting yeast, pine, hay, harsh pine, raw. Taste is spoiled BE yeast, lactose, murky pine resin, sweet yeast, real mess, murky, pine, finish is lactose, total mess of a bad. Real mess of an attempt at an NEIPA.
