Bottle. Hazy brown color with no head. Aroma is chocolate, phenolic, caramel, maybe berries... Taste is chocolate, herbal, vanilla, berries. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Drinkable.

Little hazy blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: bit dirty, cow stable, barnyard, malty, grains, is this infected? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: sweet, some banana, soft bitterness, soft acidity, lots of orange peel. Aftertaste: malty, grains, more banana. Rather plain.

Very cloudy beige to amber beer, small creamy irregular off-white head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: lovely stuff, lots of tropical fruits, passion fruit, some elder flowers, little cheesy, dank, nice fresh hops, bit of citrus, really lovely stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: lots of fresh dank hops, super hoppy, bit resinous, nice bitterness, dank hops, citrus, lots of lovely hops, bit sweetish, very nice stuff! Tasted it again at Zythos Bierfestival exactly one week later, and it had already started oxidizing, tasted again more than a month later, and it had completely oxidized. Too bad, it was a really well done NEIPA, I really loved the hops when it was very fresh! I even had like three or four of them, and anyone who knows me a little bit, knows what that means! ;-)

Taste: lots of fresh dank hops, super hoppy, bit resinous, nice bitterness, dank hops, citrus, lots of lovely hops, bit sweetish, very nice stuff! Tasted it again at Zythos Bierfestival exactly one week later, and it had already started oxidizing, tasted again more than a month later, and it had completely oxidized. Too bad, it was a really well done NEIPA, I really loved the hops when it was very fresh! I even had like three or four of them, and anyone who knows me a little bit, knows what that means! ;-)

Très bonne surprise avec ce Russian Imperial Stout qui a la spécificité d'être brassé avec du Mandarina Bavaria, peu courant pour le style car utilisé de manière usuelle pour ses qualités aromatiques fruitées. Mais avant de parler de ce point il faut mettre en avant les très beaux arômes de café et chocolat francs et intense qui envahissent le palais avec une excellente corpulence. Alliés à des notes poivrées, fruitées (banane) et un alcool à 10 % Abv, remarquable, (qui structure la bière, soutient les arômes et confère du caractère) et vous avez tous les ingrédients pour un excellent Imperial Stout qui en envoie. Le seul bémol est le final qui aurait pu être plus travaillé. Très belle prestation.

Bottle @ Convent Santa Clara, Middelburg. Black colour, dark brown foam. Very roasty, lots of coffee, light syrupy sweetness, bitter hoppy finish. Bit raw and not very well balanced.
