3oz pour at Max’s Belgian Fest 2016 pours a clear gold with no head. Nose has a mix of stone fruits, lime, mild booze, herbs, cheap white grapes. Flavor is sharp with booze and prickly herbs, stone fruit, a little jack fruit even, passion fruit. Finishes a touch spicy.

LSAT Freedom Trip #154. Dark hazy brown. Aroma of earth, oak, mushroom, cherry, chocolate. The taste is chocolate, dark fruits, caramel, bright chardonnay, oak, hints of pepper.
